Im gonna type up a big thing on Veilguard when im finished because im nearing the 40 hour mark and my thoughts are far more fleshed out now than “this is incredible omg” (even tho it is) but I wanna wait til I finish and summarize it all together

 

For now I’ll say: the further in I get, the less I think “BioWare is back” and the more I think “BioWare has been rebooted,” which is a good thing overall because Andromeda and Anthem were, largely, made by the same BioWare that gave us all those classics before. It was clearly time for a change.

 

I spend more time watching gameranx list videos then actually playing games smh

 

I still need to play ME3 and Andromeda actually...

And KOTOR1-2 but those are ooooold

 

Andromeda is underrated / misunderstood

 

I put it down after an hour I couldn’t do it lol maybe I’ll try again after veilguard

 

I didn’t hate it. I remember quite liking the combat. And liking it a lot more after the opening planet.

 

So I saw this and ehh, I gotta disagree. I'd have to say TLOU is the more important. So many studios tried to replicate it, but ND is one of a kind. Curious to what others

Is Veilguard selling well? Mass Effect is still so far out that I’m curious if BioWare will even survive that long.

Another one bites the dust. A fun little detective and puzzle game that is also point & click. @Penlab you might enjoy it. Pretty easy with a guide but fun overall.
Also, hit a milestone of 165 fully completed games!

P.S. It's on GamePass (the best deal in gaming) and has two DLC's (that are not on GamePass but pretty cheap)

 

I'll be real with you, I don't think I have the patience for that kind of game, but it looks incredible.

 

i think the god of war franchise as a whole is the most important since it spans generations and even successfully rebooted in a way that laid the foundation for a ton of other rebooted franchises but its origins as a hack and slash on the ps2 also had a huge role in that era being defined by the likes of DMC, bayonetta, etc.

 

Slowly making my way through Dead Space remake since it was the PS+ freebie last month. Having fun with it but fuck it stresses me out.

 

dead space is amazing but fucking frustrating at times

 

There’s 3 set pieces in the first dead space I literally never want to see again

 

3/7 companion quests completely done. I wont say which one but a certain companion quest had an ending that made more emotional than any game this studio has made so far
