Ive tried keeping up with this iteration of it, but my god Heyman was right when he threatened they were only in the 3rd inning last year. Its just the same stuff week after week with a slight tweak to count as "advancing" the story. They've managed to create the "RAW ends in a match that becomes a 6-man" tag of promos.

They're lucky they have some of the best talkers/characters in the business pulling it off, but they're clearly just stalling for time til like the Rumble.

 

And we still have the rock of it all too lol

 

This is kind of the problem; Temu bloodline arent gonna win out in the end. Rocks gonna come back at SS or Sat Main Event or Rumble, and everything they've built the last 6 months is just window dressing that falls away, and Jacob breaks away and becomes his own thing.

The original iteration got Roman actually over. Created a chance for Jey to be a singles guy. Got Sami mega over. Gave Cody a great foil to play off of. None of that is looking likely in this iteration.

 

I think Rock is siding with solo though

 

I’m just glad Sami is involved in the top storyline again. He deserves all the spotlight.

 

I feel like Solo has won me over recently.

Sam is a beast in Northeastern Ohio. He always impressive being in the business just for two years.

 

Oh, for sure, but that just makes Solo even more of an afterthought as this goes on. Like, even Jacob Fatu, who should probably be being built for something at WM, is gonna be doing a lot of standing around in the ring for the next 6 months waiting for Roman to finish his 5 minute entrance

 

God, I want him back and part of Imperium already
