FWIW the internet wrestling community is super toxic. I haven't seen any of this in music discussions really, at least not to that extent.

It honestly all boils down to people not respecting what others like and what works well for wwe vs AEW. Like that idea that everyone can learn from someone else business model etc. but the numbers that actually go into it, ticket sales vs internet searches vs merch sales vs social media views etc is very very interesting and fun for nerds like all of us who really love looking into data.

Welcome to Rockville were reposting polls for band suggestions with MCR the clear winner a whole back and apparently replied like "we would never" to someone messaging them "don't play with us about mcr".
Not confirmation but suspicious. Danny Winner previously booked MCR for Aftershock and Dunes for that / louder than life so he does have a working relationship there.

Lollapalooza booker took over When We Were Young booking for next year, didn't book this years but maybe MCR might do Lolla instead of a Chicago date.

    Just speculation haha

I have been wondering if they would do Coachella as the rumor was they were booked for 2020 but stepped down as another act took their headliner spot

When they released face masks in 2020 they stated they were for a "show in the desert that didn't happen and never will" so feels like bridges might be burned there with Coachella specifically - especially considering they got paid in full according to the rumors

Won't be 2025 anyway as Coachella likes first announcement.

Looks like a Like Moths To Flames headliner is happening next year.

CKY just got replaced by British band INME, fair play for stepping up on such short notice

I believe you guys, but Im also in disbelief that MCR can fill MetLife. Even Blink and Green Day didn’t try there on their recent tours.
I guess it’s their hometown so they’ve got more pull there, but can the hype for them really be that high after that extensive reunion tour just 2 years ago? The support must be wild

Neither did any NJ dates though. Swap out Philly or NYC for MetLife (maybe both), problem solved.

Most of the reunion tour date tickets were sold in Jan 2020, that's almost half a decade ago. Mentally the concerts would've felt free by the time they happened haha.

Plus less dates and people will travel, especially for an album play.

So, does anyone know of the dates of this supposed MCR tour? And is it us only?

Wow. Have i not gone to a "real mid size" show in a while or something? I'm off tomorrow and the saves the day/sense fail tour is in town so I figured why not but....

It's $55?????? Wtf. For saves the day and senses fail. Is this the normal cost for this level show these days. It might not seem much but I figured $35 at most....like $40 with the fees or something.

If they were on Rockville that's mid May so possibly May/June.

Rumors suggest they were taking offers from European festivals (but declined) a few months back, also rumors they were trying to get UK dates at the minimum.

So there's definitely talk of at least the UK. Unsure if anything has been confirmed or if it would be the same announcement.

I got a ticket in May.for last nights show in orlando. But at the last second decided not to go. So I threw my ticket up on stubhub. Was shocked that they were going for 150 dollars last night.( the orlando show was sold out)

Was happy to make 3 times what I paid. But not in a million years would I pay 150 for senses fail. Emo nostalgia is going strong

This is why in comparison Warped Tour and even When we were young fest doesn't sound that expensive when smaller side stage bands shows are really expensive nowadays, even though a fair criticism is that Livenation owns these festivals and probably these venues and rank up the price.

I paid $43 for Balance and Comp a month ago. I was really groaning through the whole process and it wasn’t even a Live Nation venue / show.
