Ok somebody please check election maps in AZ, NM, OK, AK, MN, ND, SD because there ain't no way

 

I do absolutely think this, among the many other reasons the Democrats are fucking dumb.

But I remember in 2016 being naive and thinking no one would ever seriously vote for Trump as a candidate and that it was lunacy that he was the Republican nominee. And I remember that the arguments made by Democrats at the time were pretty much along the same lines. We were both wrong.

The difference is that I saw during that election that even though Clinton won the popular vote, the country was still more or less evenly divided, which meant that Trump was a serious threat, and I think the Democrats just never accepted that as a reality, and treated him exactly the same way, both in 2020 and now.

Like... it should be so fucking simple to be better than a lunatic but the Democrats are either too incompetent to present the same credible threat or they're just in collusion and elections are just about gaslighting the populace.

And yes, yes, I know, before anyone else does it:

Always has been.

 

Them thinking that the same person who won before would not win again is some DC political class fart huffing.

 

A good point that I heard in Hasan's stream today. Due to Biden having to be shielded from the press by his team, Biden was a never a messenger for his wins for his administration. He was never able to not "never stop campaigning" on the policies that his administration did that were good

the fact that polling shows the most important issues to voters were the economy, foreign policy and immigration and Nancy Pelosi is out there talking about god gays and guns, none of which are anything more than a blip on any of the top issues polls, really shows just out completely out of touch the mainstream dems are.

 

So how many elections do they want to lose because a lot of us can continue not voting for them, they want to self sabotage the democratic party good riddance.

idk it sucks but it makes sense, majority of natives live in/below poverty line so when a new guy comes in and brings inflation, they tend to think cheaper prices were dictated by trump his first term. My partner also works for a native non profit and she has heard plenty of workers talking amongst themselves who voted for trump as well.

 

I had a dream that I basically got to yell at Trump and tell him what a moron he is. It was weird but also satisfying.

lol I still don’t know the context, it was one of those weird dreams where it was something else completely different (I think right before this I was in the attic at my dads house ghost hunting?) and then suddenly me and a bunch of other people I didn’t know were sitting in a room with Trump and people were trying to explain to him why he couldn’t actually do something or something like that and then I went on a rant about how he’s a clueless moron and doesn’t know shit and etc and it was more of an awkward silence than a clap lmao. Why did i suddenly transported to an office setting? Why was Trump there? Were we working for the FedGov? I have no idea. After the awkward silence abated, Trump disappeared, suddenly the office was full of people I knew when i was a kid, “Milkshake” by Kelis started playing over the speakers, and a girl I haven’t seen since high school said “oh my god turn this fucking song off”

Okay the more I remember about this dream the more awesome it sounds ngl
