A simple and easy way to get good gifts is pay attention to things that she talks about throughout the year and either text them to yourself or keep a Note on your phone of them like Bluetooth speaker or new headphones or a specific album or shirt or something. During Christmas or getting them just randomly for her throughout the year show you not only know her interests and what she wants, but you also listen and pay attention to her and remember those things when she talks about them. A random bag of her favorite candy or picking up a movie or book she's been talking about go a long way in my experience. But I'm also single so also don't listen to me.
