It's legitimately that simple. Sure their are moderate conservatives that hate trump...but the trump base is united and growing.

Yeah like I was telling someone a week or so ago, an unfortunate thing about her win would be that it shows not only the base but the general public it's intention to move to the right. And even if Kamala were to pivot after the win, the expectation would be cemented in a place where you're automatically losing progressives.
