iirc the 2020 thing was just temporary, for 2024 they couldn’t do mail in vote but they could do in-person mail vote early, so basically could show up at an election office, fill out a ballot, seal it, and drop it in a Dropbox right there in the office (I think). I only know this because there was some reports of the process being confusing and people were doing it wrong in Bucks Countyy or something and etc
