All signs point to them all being in a really good spot still. Loved seeing that Tom was at a show with David Kennedy. I don’t need a new record or ep for a year or two but I would be through the roof is something did happen.

 

Christmas song?

I fully anticipate some type of live album/video release based all of the recording they had done on the past two tours. I'd be surprised if we didn't get some type of merch stuff for Christmas as well.

 

I was on a work trip with limited access to internet on the anniversary of OMT. I firmly put that record in my top 3 from them. The record kicks ass, but live threading during their reunion show on here, seeing them live, and seeing the brotherhood will forever be a high point and kind of unbelievable as a blink fan.

 

Even after the Tom reunion rumors started popping up, I didn't believe for a minute we'd ever see that happen. At least not anytime soon. Soooo happy to be wrong!

It's weird ranking OMT in the full discography since the other albums have been in my life for so long, so it's hard to not make nostalgia get in the way... So I'll just do the Chorus RankerTM and will concede!

I'm surprised to see DED rated so low!

 

Did you stop doing the newsletter a while ago? I noticed the avatar change and wanted to see what you thought of ROMULUS...

 

I think we did this before and you might have had Dude Ranch at 4 and TOYPAJ at 3. I remember because we had the same list and basically still do even after OMT. ha.

I'm honestly beyond happy that OMT ended up where it did in my rankings. Basically as much as I could have asked from them at this stage. It's a no-skip album for me all the way through both parts.

 

I swear those top 4 maybe 5 could all shift given my mood or day.

 

2024’s Version of the Chorus Update

I moved, and so that whole process took almost all of my spare/free time and weekends. Plan is to get everything running again once all of that settles down. Moving is stressful and was hard to find 2-3 hours on a weekend to sit down and write.

But we're close now to being done. Finally got blinds installed today.

Quick version: I loved it. A few too cutesy things, but by and large exactly what I wanted it to be. Super fun. Fitting third best in the series for me.

I have such a soft spot for california because of when it came out and where I was in my life at the time. neighborhoods and DED should be treated as one like OMT and deluxe. would bump both up for me. May shuffle a couple around depending on how long I thought about it.
