If we know the results of those 3 states tomorrow night and she wins all 3 of them (unlikely) then that's pretty much it.

I am voting for Kamala, I won’t feel 100% great about doing so, but four years of Trump was enough for me and I can’t deal with four more years and everything that is going to happen if he wins (including four years of Elon having even more prominence). I wish the options were better but it is what it is *sigh*

I've been getting so many that earlier today when I got a text from my neighbor Hillary (whose number I didn't have saved) that started with "Hey Chris! It's Hillary . . ." I just ignored it for a few hours until I realized what it actually was.

Forreal, it’s literally the day before the election and you have a ton of cash on hand. What could $10 from me possibly do at this point? Lol

I voted for Kamala and feel pretty ambivalent about it, tbh, but my logic - which is far from flawless - came down to a few things which can be glibly summed up as "harm reduction" or "the lesser of two evils":

The genocide in Gaza is terrible, and Kamala certainly plays a part in that, but when people half-jokingly ask if Trump is going to do genocide but worse I think the answer is a resounding yes. There is a reason that Netanyahu and his goons want Trump to win.

I don't think the dems are particularly great at seriously engaging and changing policy based on pressure from the left, though they have at least done so when politically expedient. Only one candidate, however, has openly campaigned on criminalizing and violently confronting dissent and that is not something I can abide. Collective action outside of the electoral process is going to be necessary to enact change regardless of who is in power but that will be significantly more difficult to organize, enact, and actually effect change under Trump.

I don't find most of the democratic policies to be nearly sufficient, but fewer of them are as downright harmful as the policies Trump is putting forward, including the dismantling of entire parts of the government that many rely on.

To that end, the women in my life are all but universally supporting Kamala Harris and I can't bring myself to vote against their interests.

There are only two people who actually have a shot at winning this race and a third-party vote just doesn't make sense to me. Plus there is not a single third-party candidate who even comes close to someone I would vote for if they were a candidate for one of the major parties.
