Yeah, I haven't had time to read it in full but was skimming throught it and saw that. It definitely seemed like he would go that way and is basically saying "I believe in the Harry Reid GOTV machine" and that dems will able to turnout enough mail and election day voters to overcome the GOP lead.

It will be interesting to see, in Nevada and elsewhere, with the increase in early voting for republicans, whether that causes their election day voting to be down proportionally or to completely crater.
