Looking forward to this. Post-2000 era Eastwood is wildly inconsistent, but when he hits, he hits. Richard Jewell is one of my favorite movies of the last decade, and Letters From Iwo Jima is a top 3 WW2 film for me.

This is sad, Clint Eastwood's final film not getting a wide release, dude has been loyal to WB for decades and for his final film he gets this treatment instead

This ruled so hard. Clint's take on 12 Angry Men that asks just as many questions about justice and the legal system as some of his other masterpieces A Perfect World, Richard Jewell. Entire cast delivers, but Hoult and Toni Collette are just on another level. Massive shame this isn't getting a wide release because it is 100 year old Eastwood's best in decades.

This was okay, prob best thing he’s done since Sully but Jewell was around the same quality too. Kinda shocked we never saw Simmons again.

You already saw something similar with Nolan jumping ship after the Tenet situation. There is less and less margin for experimentation when you can't even bank on the millions you have made for a studio over the years.

Yeah, this was solid. Nothing super memorable. But I agree that I think it’s his best since “Sully.” Hoult is great and good supporting cast. Makes no sense why they bury this and let “Joker 2” suck shit.

100% that defendant is gonna win his appeal. Super flimsy conviction.

Really loved this, not that I was expecting anything less from Clint but thornier than I expected. Grateful to have had the chance to see another new movie from him in theaters
