I actually find a lot of things that cause me to be hopeful about the world’s future, they’re just not in American electoral politics and they’ll require us to do a lot of work ourselves to see to fruition. Working in a Union also makes me feel better about the world (most of the time). And finally, a good mix of pot and Wellbutrin has helped!

 

In my lifetime I think 1996 was the only year where the election was pretty much decided going into Election Day

Biggest miss they’ve had since 2012 is 5 based on that list, so even if they’re 5 off here and Trump wins by 2…he’d be toast

I do feel this thread is significantly more skeptical of her chances than public sentiment, probably going to leave it blank bc Oregon, but won’t be overly surprised if she wins comfortably. That was my take when she stepped in and think I’ll stick to it

 

Unless it's an absolute landslide by Harris (and by all accounts it ain't) Trump is gonna try to steal it and honestly probably has a pretty good chance at it

 

I know this is probably an unpopular opinion here for extremely valid reasons but I hope it’s a landslide for Harris. I never want to hear about trump ever again.

 

Yeah this where if you dig in you see where see will win the election whether its with or without Iowa. I also think she is going to win pretty cleanly.

 

Iowa has gone blue more times than red in the past 35 years so it’s not shocking by any means and I don’t know why people seem to think it is lol
