On a make everything about me note, my long term therapist has become slowly radicalized into a trump supporter and it's really challenging for me. I've been seeing her for like 5.5 years and it's been so bizarre hearing her go from normal to this. I've been seeing her longer than my actual relationship so she's been around for a lot of big life moments and transitions but then I'm like SIS WUT. It's been a very complex journey for me so I legit can't imagine if it was my parent. I'd be beyond devastated. I need to end my services with her but haven't yet so I guess I am in no place to judge others who associate with their trumper spouse or relatives or whatever

Sometimes I wonder if this thread is just r/fauxmoi but for the scene. There should be a line drawn when it comes to speculation because as soon it gets gossipy like the ETID talk, among other examples, I feel like the purpose of the thread is completely lost.

I was there, maybe five feet from the protester, and it was unclear what he was saying from the audience so I doubt Thom actually knew what he said - he honestly seemed more bothered that someone started yelling right at the end of the show

For the umpteenth time, I will say I think this thread is valuable and there are plenty of beneficial conversations held in here, but every once in awhile, something goofy gets rolling and this is one of those times. Better to just move on imo
