    So…a 19-year anniversary tour?

Based on SNW and ST's Sunday I'm gonna predict an Underoath/ERRA tour. Now whether that's a UO headliner or they're supporting someone else we'll see.

Only other band on both dates is Linkin Park and as big as that would be for both UO and ERRA that ain't happening lol

Absolutely mind blown by this!! I didn't expect the demand to be this high for Zach Bryan to add a 2nd night at Hyde Park!

Sometimes I just don't get popular music taste and what the masses will pay to see live.

MCR doing Black Parade would absolutely do baseball stadiums. Plenty of people in Detroit or Seattle or Miami or Pittsburgh might not have 1-2k to drop on flights/hotel/tickets/etc. for a Vegas vacation, but they absolutely have $100 to get to their local stadium for that. And they've only gotten more popular, I see more teens & tweens in MCR merch today than I ever saw 15-20 years ago

Country moves tickets in the UK, just not a ton of artists make the trek. UK normies love western-cowboy cosplay.

    idk man

Not saying that Spotify listeners is always a good metric for popularity but London is in Zach Bryan's top 5 locations for listeners, and it's over 500k. Combine that with somethingwitty's comment about country music in the UK and it makes sense.

I wouldn’t pigeonhole him as a country artist. I hate country and I can enjoy his music in general

I would hard disagree unless I haven't listened to enough, but I've gone through the top 10 spotify songs and most are all extremely country, extremely slow, and extremely boring (to me). Obviously to each their own, and maybe he adds 'more' to the songs live, but even in a packed arena, I'd be struggling to stay awake if it was a 1:1 recreation. People like music for different reasons, and I can't deny it's not catchy, so shrug I guess.

I think the main reason country music has gotten so big over here is because of introduction of the C2C festival years ago at the O2 arena in London and that has done really well introducing country music to the masses with established acts on the main stage and up and coming acts on the smaller stages as well and since then a lot of those acts tour the UK more often... Darius Rucker has announced an UK headline arena tour as well!!

what would this be classified as? Sounds very country to me, while closer to Isbell than something like Luke Combs.

he might not want to be labeled a country artist but nothing in discography could be taken as a different genre.

I was shocked at Glastonbury how many people brought up country music when they found out we were from the states.

also blew my mind when we were invited to a “hairbrush cover band” at the fest…no idea what that meant, but ended up being all the best cheesy 80s/90s US pop songs lol.

US cheese seemed like it has an appeal there.

I know a Black Parade tour will make a lot of people happy, but it just feels odd to have been 5 years since the reunion started and there's still no album.

Dont think a new MCR album will come anytime soon, specially with Frank focusing more and more in LS Dunes. But I would be happy to be proved wrong

They spoke of cancelled plans to go into studio after tour. I guess Doug McKean passing away (RIP) probably stifled a lot of that, plus rumors they wanted to work with Rob Cavallo but he was booked out at the time.

There was a Killjoys show in development so I presume that's a huge focus for Gerard storywise (even not including the possible music side of things)
