You know, it really wouldn’t surprise me if they were secretly calling each other.

 

I guess I’d say this: in 2016, when Trump was talking about a Muslim ban, he couldn’t be like “yeah but I’m still better for Muslims than the Dems.” The opening to try and court Muslim voters in a way he couldn’t in his prior two campaigns is there because Biden/Harris etc. created it.

 

They don't actually NEED to endorse anyone, but whatever.

 

There are 100% Muslim politicians in Michigan who are conservative (specifically in Hamtramck, I believe) who are doing this for their own political benefit. Dems are just hoping that there aren’t meaningful numbers of Muslim voters who won’t be saying “well, Harris doesn’t seem to care about our people being attacked, maybe Trump would be different.”

 

Idk, I struggle with this one. I think most of us have worked for a shitty employer at some point but had to suck it up and deal with it to put dinner on the table. I sympathize with workers being hurt because of an asinine decision their employer made. It's not easy to just quit and find a new job

 

Sure but the tweet I quoted is literally saying it subscribers cancelling who are hurting the employees, not the owner. The worst thing she says about the ownership is she understands why people don't like their decision.

This is like if an employee told me I have to keep eating at McDonalds even though BDS says not to because I'm just hurting the employees. Like yeah the goal is to hurt the business, sorry.

 

I think that depends…with Trump it’s fairly easy to see how to play him, ie give him lots of compliments and kiss his ass, and as long as you don’t cross him, he won’t send the govt after you and he’s going to cut your taxes and gut regulations…on the other hand Harris is running on tax increases and threatens the possibility of keeping some of Biden’s more worker friendly policies/people in place

 

But that also means if one of Trump's current friends is a rival you have no chance of getting in there if they're also good at playing him. Also I think a lot of them are not willing to do that and have a lot of personal dislike for him see Cuban

 

I think like most liberals, they’d just prefer it if whoever is president didn’t say the quite part out loud

 

if you listen to the speech they mention shit like books in libraries and whatnot, seems like these guys are social conservative Muslims who are using the opening on Gaza to their benefit, which as others have pointed out, is an opening that shouldn’t be there but Biden Admin has left it open
