Riff wise Jordan has been at his peak for awhile, I do miss the Jordan and Andy combo complementary playing. I feel I should listen to this a bunch of times before deciding how I really feel about it, but part of it still makes me miss dillinger and Etid.

 

This album fucking rules.

 

It makes Many eyes last album look even worse than it is and the riffs straight amateurish.

Alright well that opener is easily my favorite song of theirs I've ever heard so far.

 

this really makes the many eyes album look pretty amateur. maximizing my sadness about the break up.

 

This album is the first release where I'm like, "Alright maybe something really good came out of the ETID breakup".

yeah just got to superman and holy fuck the boys really brought it.

 

Got laid off earlier this month and have understandably been in a pissy mood and this was exactly what the doctor ordered.

 

Also opening riff of Drowning In A Burning World is giving huge Partying Is Such Sweet Sorrow ~vibes~ in the best way possible.

I have the first two on vinyl, probably get the third for Christmas. Mine just asked to listen to it and dance around last night.

 

It’s their best collection yet

I was kind of hit and miss on the singles for this but overall it's pretty fun even if not mind blowing.

 

At least the retail version isn’t in stores till November

I thought the EP was okay and showed potential and the full length delivered

 

This is really good. Lots to chew on.

I'm excited for the next album where they can really solidify their identity. Hopefully they see some success.

 

Based on their general response at Furnace Fest and how much of their merch I saw, people are fully on board with them, and I think they really are picking up where ETID left off when it comes to popularity and maybe picking up a few DEP/FFAA fans along the way.
