Haha my gripe is not with the stupidity of the Pokemon, it's with the whole idea that no one knew any of these new Pokemon existed in the series at the beginning. Then suddenly there are 100 more.

 

Well I'm Pokémon Gold and Silver it was a whole new part of the work that you were in so that kind of makes sense. I don't know what happened after that.

Also cool how in the very first episode of the Tv show Ash sees HoOh

 

Yeah the Ho Oh sighting was cool as fuck, pretty sure Ash sees it again at some point in the first series of episodes too doesn't he? IDK, theres like, 90 episodes of Indigo League and I've only got through about 20-30!

anyone having gps issues this morning? sitting in my house can't get a signal on wifi or network...

 

It's kind of sad when you've caught everything available in your area. I see Squirtles and Abras on my tracker and get excited until I remember I don't need them anymore.

Really all I can catch are Geodudes and Magikarp so I'm out scooping up anything I can find today.

 

I don't think I'm ever going to get that 7 day streak because there's usually at least one day where I'm too lazy to leave the house.

 

About to get my first seven day streak tomorrow.

 

Got up way early and I'm already bored. Guess I'll Silph Road it and find some nests. Got my eye on Omanyte, Charmander, and Onix.

 

I like how they tell us they took some of the bad stuff out of the 2k and 10k eggs then make them impossible to get. I've had one 2k in the last eight or so eggs. All 5ks.

 

fuck 5k eggs. all i get are goldeens

 

Got both my 7 day streaks this morning. Not all that amazing. Still have 50,000 to go to lvl25.

 

I get the same shit over and over but all I need is Grimer, Voltorb, Seel, and Machop so I guess I can't complain too much. It's just a hassle walking 40k to burn through 5ks you don't need and open up new egg slots.

 

Been hatching sooooo many Ponytas

 

Starting to finally get in range of having an Alakazam. The huge influx of spawns brought a decent amount of Abra's around. Walking my Growlithe for his last 3 candies as well. Slowly but surely i'm getting there. But I am doubtful i'll have everything by the time Gen 2 is out.

I've got 4 candy til Machamp, and 6 candy til Dewgong.

Then, it'll be a loooooong time before I get anything new unless 10km eggs are nice to me.

 

Still searching for 25 different pokemon, HOW CAN THERE BE THAT MANY LEFT.

 

I need 16 more, and all but two are going to rely on lucky hatches and/or hundreds of km walking lol Grimer, Voltorb and Seel cannot be caught in this city I swear.

 

I've still not seen a Grimer/Muk except in gyms, and even that has been a while. Same goes for Hitmonlee and Hitmonchan.

 

I've only seen/caught one Grimer so at least I can walk it I guess. Honestly unless they do another candy event, I'm out of luck. I'm not walking 141k for Muk and 330k for Dragonite :(

 

I just need Muk, Venusaur, and Machamp. I got lucky and spotted an Aerodactyl in my nearby yesterday. Searched and found it. Also fortunate to have a Charmander nest which has a Charmander every 10 feet, sometimes multiple, so now I have enough candy for three Charizards.

 

Personal update: I'm still 297km walking distance away from a Charizard, 180km away from a Venusaur. Bulbasaur is my buddy atm but I now averaging 1 candy per week! Other 3 I need from 10kms and I'm stuck with nine 5km eggs. Haven't progressed in this game for 2 weeks now.
Gonna delete the app if they add another 150+ pokemon to it - they should just do another version for the next gen (call it 'pokemon 2' or whatever) so people can still search for the originals they need without encountering a sentient sandcastle or some shit...

 

i walk 2 miles to work and home each day so usually 2 candys per day but i really need to get lucky with some hatches or i'll never complete the dex.

 

I'm just frustrated that I can't find some of the regular Pokemon that I need. I get that special things like Aerodactyl, Lapras, Chancey, etc. should be super hard to find, but I haven't seen a wild Voltorb, Machop, or Seel since I started playing. Like 4+ months of walking and walking and having the app open every day without a single spawn (even got desperate and looked at local Facebook groups to see if anyone had any suggestions). Unbalanced as hell.
