Killzone developer "done" with series, Guerrilla says of switch to Horizon

I'm bummed. Killzone was my shit, I remember the OG's launch to this day. And every game's MP was always fun as hell.

Once again, another misleading headline.

"We were done with it as a team. As a studio, we needed to refresh the palette. It was, by choice, the opposite of 'Killzone,'" Postma told the Washington Post.

It doesn't mean they'll never go back to it, just that they've wanted a change of pace which makes total sense. Besides there are tons of other great studios who could take over Killzone now.

Tbh I doubt they're every going back. Horizon has done huge for Sony so if anything I agree and feel we'll see some remakes from a smaller studio ala Bluepoint or whoever is doing Uncharted remakes. But GG most likely is done done.

 

Has anyone played Neva? Seems right up my alley. Been seeing a lot of ads for it.

Hades 2: I haven't encountered--let alone recruited--the two additional animal familiars, but other than that I think I've played enough of this update for now. I think I'll have to start a fresh save once the whole game is properly released, it's not as interesting when you're already maxed on a lot of arcana/weapons/keepsakes

anyway, i just had a thought that it's been a while since I've replayed Child of Light so I guess I'm gonna go do that now

Finished Lorelei and the Laser Eyes today. I had a blast, I do think it overstayed its welcome a bit and had obvious things that could've been done better but was still a great time.
