The Paradox might be the worst band I’ve seen get any type of publicity in a while.

People wanted to hear the music from back in the early 2000s but I’m pretty sure they want to leave the sexist attitudes and pedophilia jokes behind.

The fest was great. Every band put on such a great show. But God the crowds at this suck. Anytime there was a little movement people would get so upset.

I'm not a mosh pit guy but I like to sing and dance with people. But even during mcr and falloutboy I couldn't find anyone that was not just standing there bored. I'm like you camped out all day and spent 800 dollars to look at your phone I don't get it.

Any time a mosh pit started the crowd around would try and stop it right away. Crazy. This was not the shows I grew up going to.

Departing on my first flight shortly.

-Heard most of Cartel’s set from the artist merch line. Had fun vibing in line with the rest of the crowd.

-Caught Underoath’s full set. Killer as always. Kinda wish people had more awareness of crowdsurfers. Saw too many people getting dropped.

-TDWP was solid. Kinda hard to get close to the stage.

    -Coheed was great as always.

-Cobra Starship was alright. Was never a massive fan.

-Simple Plan hit me in the fucking feels with Perfect. Glad I caught them after all these years.

-Wasn’t familiar with The Starting Line, but caught their set and left a fan.

-Saw first half of Motion City and then went to watch August Burns Red. ABR pit was fun as always.

-Craig Owens & The Hired Guns were aight.

-Jimmy Eat World playing before ADTR was kinda ironic, but cool to see them.

-ADTR doing Homesick in its entirety was probably my favorite full album play of the day aside from The Black Parade. Crowd was starting to get cramped with everyone preparing for MCR/FOB.

-Fall Out Boy wasn’t bad, but I really wish they did FUTCT. I lost some interest after Save Rock and Roll songs.

-A lot of complaints of TBP’s mixing and production, but I thoroughly enjoyed it. Thought the black and white imagery, smoke, and mystique fit the album play and appealed to many in the crowd.

-Only “issues” I had all day were long merch lines and some aggro fans late in the day. Had a great time, and was glad I finally caught MCR after their appearance at Music Midtown was cancelled.

I hope you all get back home safe. And if you’re going today, have a great time.

    It's chaos. Be kind. Prestigious

From what I could find on Setlist FM, the following bands played their albums in full:

    Alesana
    Neck Deep (out of order)
    Millionaires
    Cartel (minus one song)
    Mayday Parade
    Underoath
    Saosin
    State Champs
    Saves the Day
    Senses Fail
    The Maine
    The Wonder Years
    The Starting Line
    Taking Back Sunday
    Silverstein
    Motion City Soundtrack
    The Used
    Pierce the Veil
    Bayside
    Chiodos
    Jimmy Eat World
    A Day to Remember
    Atreyu
    My Chemical Romance

And these bands either played their record out of order or didn't at all:

The Forecast (partial, out of order)
Tonight Alive (partial, out of order)
Against the Current (partial, out of order)
The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus (partial, out of order)
    Anberlin (partial, out of order)
    Thursday (partial, out of order)
    Coheed & Cambria (condensed)
Story of the Year (out of order)
    Cobra Starship (fest set)
    Simple Plan (fest set)
Armor for Sleep (out of order)
    Movements (out of order)
New Found Glory (out of order)
Dance Gavin Dance (mix of both Downtown Battle Mountain LPs)
Sleeping with Sirens (out of order)
    Fall Out Boy

The 2 tours story of the year has done page avenue in full they didn’t play it in order since the hits are at the start of the album

Yeah I felt the energy drop dramatically half way through. Also surprised by the large exit during MCR. People were just exhausted

John // OC now, OH forever.

That’s exactly what happened last year; people left by the thousands a few songs into Green Day.

    So assuming that this weekend...

Emery also played all of The Weak’s End, but they saved Walls for the closer and threw in Studying Politics 2nd to last.

got a pass for 150. saved money on a hotel by just sleeping in my car so trying to justify it lol

smart decisions would be leaving well before mcr to drive back home for work tomorrow but… we’ll see lol

I ended up getting a $50 motel halfway between Vegas and heading home (San Diego)
I just drove there after the show, basically took a nap and then finished out the trip

The worst thing about 2020 shows or at least I started noticing more is there is too many people having full blown conversations while a band is playing.

Can anyone with an extensive music history knowledge tell me how many bands on this year’s bill:

    1) Have opened for New Found Glory

    2) Have played Geoff Rickly’s basement?

This depresses me so much and legit a big reason this year didn't interest me at all. I figured this crowd would be like that and that's sad! I'm with you

So ALOT of people seem to think Craig was lip syncing. Apparently the vocals sounded 100% like the record and I’ve seen videos showing what people are saying is proof cause he doesn’t look like he is singing the words on the big screen and he kept covering his mouth. Thoughts from folks who were there?

Hard to be definitive without being there, but from afar on the video it seems at least a backing track
