Warped Tour will celebrate its thirtieth year anniversary with three dates next year. Full press release is below.

The Vans Warped Tour, recognized as one of the most successful and longest-running festivals of its kind, is making a triumphant return in 2025, marking its 30th anniversary and catalyzing the platform for the future. Featuring three two-day day festivals in Washington, D.C., Long Beach, CA, and Orlando, FL, Vans Warped Tour 2025 makes its return in partnership with Insomniac, the experience creators behind some of the world’s largest music festivals and live events, to revive the magic for both longtime fans and newcomers alike.

After concluding its final cross-country tour in 2018 and hosting a memorable 25th anniversary event, the iconic festival will have a continued focus on community and nurturing the next generation of artists, musicians and skateboarders.

Each stop will showcase 70 to 100 bands, reflecting a wide range of genres including but not limited to rock, punk rock, alternative, pop punk, emo, and more. The return of Vans Warped Tour will combine beloved festival favorites from the last 30 years of Warped Tour as well as a diverse lineup of newer acts. Vans Warped Tour has always been committed to accessible pricing, and the 2025 return is no exception, with full weekend passes starting at an all-inclusive price of $149.98 ($119.99 ticket + $29.99 fees), available for presale beginning October 24th at 9 a.m. PT / 12 p.m. ET at www.vanswarpedtour.com.

As Warped Tour gears up for its return, Warped Tour and Insomniac founders reflect on their new partnership and shared vision.

Kevin Lyman, Founder of Warped Tour shares: “People are craving connection, live music, and the raw, unfiltered experience that Warped has always offered. We've seen how music continues to unite and inspire, and this return isn't just about nostalgia—it's about giving a new generation the chance to feel that same sense of belonging and freedom that Warped has always championed. Insomniac is a company I’ve always admired, so when the opportunity to collaborate arose, I couldn’t say no. I thought, why the hell not? Let’s dive in and make this happen!”

Pasquale Rotella, Founder of Insomniac shares: “It’s very exciting to partner with Kevin to bring Warped Tour back. He’s built an incredible legacy that celebrates the heart of live music and we’re energized to create a rad festival that honors the spirit of Warped Tour. We both prioritize culture and community and focus on keeping the fan experience at the forefront which is why this partnership feels so natural.”

Fans in Washington, D.C. can kick off the summer at the Festival Grounds at RFK Campus on June 14 and 15. Then, the festival will head to Long Beach, CA, where it will take place on July 26 and 27 at Downtown Long Beach Shoreline Waterfront. Finally, the tour will wrap up the year in Orlando, FL, with performances at Camping World Stadium Campus on November 15 and 16. Each location promises an unforgettable experience filled with music, community, and nostalgia.

The festival has a rich legacy of hosting renowned artists such as Blink-182, Katy Perry, Fall Out Boy, NOFX, Green Day, The Used, Paramore, Good Charlotte, Sum 41, Machine Gun Kelly, The Black Eyed Peas, My Chemical Romance, Neck Deep, Pierce The Veil, and many more. The 2025 edition will honor the tour’s iconic history while shining a spotlight on the next generation of artists, with full lineup details to be announced at a later date.

Confirmed brand sponsors include Vans, BeatBox Beverages, Ernie Ball, hiyo, and 805 Beer, with additional sponsors to be revealed. GHOST® Energy will also take center stage as the official energy and hydration drink partner. Their unwavering support and belief in the tour's vision have been instrumental in its revival, helping to elevate the overall experience for fans and artists alike. Fans can look forward to the iconic Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands which will launch in early 2025, as well as nonprofit booths and fan favorites like meet-and-greets, eco-initiatives, and interactive art tents. This 30th anniversary edition of the tour will combine the festival’s rich history with new immersive elements, creating a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere that will engage both longtime fans and newcomers.

As Vans Warped Tour gears up for this milestone year, its partnership with Insomniac ensures that the festival will not only rekindle its iconic spirit but also evolve with fresh, forward-thinking elements. With unforgettable performances and immersive experiences, the 2025 return promises to capture the magic that has made Warped Tour a cultural phenomenon for three decades. These big companies just really don’t care about optics, do they? Who the hell wants to pay for tickets without seeing a lineup? Why do these people consistently keep operating this way? That alone is a major red flag. No incentive for them to put together a stellar lineup if they’ve already got tens of thousands of ticket sales before the lineup is even solidified.

If you have to ask, you can't afford it

That shows how everything comes full circle. Now it's reversed reverse childcare

I don’t disagree, but it’s not really hard to imagine what a warped lineup would look like. And it wouldn’t be drastically different from WWWY, either. It’d be pretty hard to disappoint with 70-100 bands in the lineup.

Disappointed that it is basically WWWY fest in a few more cities. Warped isn't supposed to be two days. It should be more shows and cheaper ticket prices. There should be at least 10-15 dates.

I agree with all points folks are making. But...as a kid who wasn't allowed to go to Warped when the lineup was actually dope, I would be soooo stoked to get this in Toronto. No way I'll be making it to any of these dates though :(

you didn't miss much, every band played 30 minutes, you could call the set of every band, because it was only a half hour lol, it was hot and sweaty, a lot of predatory shit was going on with tweens, im glad it was gone, i grew out of it after HS (2006) i went once more in 2010 cause my friends listed me for free but yah fuck warped tour

$150 for two days is pretty reasonable. Though I'm curious if the prices will go up once the bands are actually announced.

I wonder if the lineup will be the same at the 3 locations. So many bands have come back and played in the past few years that it will tough to have a can’t miss headliner (Even though classic warped never had headliners). Maybe sets by Boxcar Racer, Plus 44, and The Receiving End of Sirens on the lineup.

This happened with bamboozle a couple years ago if I remember correctly.

TIckets went on sale before the lineup. They dropped a dookie lineup. People asked for refunds. Event was canceled.

    1. As long as tix don't sell out in 2 seconds I plan to hit the Orlando show (I live in Atlanta).
    2. It was never going to return in its former format. Not sure I understand people getting that up in arms about that.
    3. It wasn't going to be $40. $150 total for 2 days is pretty damn good in today's economy.
    4. It's Kevin Lyman, the lineup will be good. They may not promise your favorite band or pick, but it should be a solid lineup. Sure, I'd love to see the lineup before I bought tix, but there's a history here that doesn't worry me too much.

Not a couple years, it was actually last year... Was going to respond to them with a similar post about how it reminded me of the failed "Bamboozle Fest" of 2023, but didn't know if I was off so I didn't bother posting.

    2. Yeah I figured it wouldn't be the full tour but like 10 dates to make things a bit more regional might have been nice. Something closer to Hawthorne Heights Ohio is for Lovers Fest.
    3. That is pretty good. I would prefer one day but this is what it is. I hope it goes well and might expand in the future.

The last warped was only 2 or 3 days - it’s not a huge surprise. Tbh this format is fine and is prob more-appropriate for the festival’s scale (history proves that the old format wasn’t sustainable in long run).

It’s funny though - people were hyped for WWWY, even though it’s only in one city. Rebrand it as warped, they plan 3 cities, and the hive mind is disappointed.

I think it's because Warped, for decades, was a multi-month tour. Keyword: tour. I get that Kevin doesn't want to do that anymore because of his age, but they should drop tour from the name lol it's not that anymore. Called it the Warped Festival.

WWWY has never been more than what it currently is. That's the difference.

Not only that, but WWWY was a novelty thing and the novelty has started to wear off... I mean, just look at the drama surrounding the fest now with All American Rejects dropping out and whatnot.

That wasn't really drama. More AAR being stubborn.

The pricing confirms its just gonna be nostalgia grab. I was hoping for 10ish dates to start and having the legacy acts hit 2-3 markets while the bulk of the tour is for the up and coming bands.
