I tuned in at the end of the Mercedes/Animata match, and nearly everything from then on was a solid Dynamite.

Honestly, Cole v MJF, its wild as hell they didn't have Adam Cole do a half limp run-in to rescue Danielson to easily establish his face credentials. Could legit sell the ankle as why he didnt overcome them (and set up a future Cole v Yuta or Cole v Mox feud)...and also no sell the ankle v MJF

 

I did as well. A little too promo heavy for myself, but the matches were fun. Shelton/Lio fucking crushed.

 

i don't like lio rush and was happy to see shelton toss him around

 

i am really enjoying about half of what's going on rn and skipping the rest. ultimately i'm a little bummed because i was pretty hellbent on going to Full Gear but i just don't see that card being anything i'm wild about. guess i'll see how the card shakes out. less into watching the weekly shows rn but big time miss the live atmosphere

I’ve been tuning in because Adam Cole is back and he’s one of my favorite wrestlers. But damn it I miss undisputed era Adam Cole it just hit so much harder

and that mjf as a face wrote off the storyline by jumping adam cole?
we had a failed aew takeover from the elite seemingly weeks ago, and now a new takeover by BCC minus danielson?
and the people that failed said takeover are now looked upon to save the brand from takeover two?
did we ever get an explanation on why they turned on danielson?
or why more people didn't stop the danielson murder, after the last failed attempt weeks ago?

= its the 'soul' of AEW vs the Real Sports people, Moxley said he had to kill Danielson to save AEW because nobody else had the balls to pull the trigger. what this means or a more fleshed out answer has yet to be seen, who knows--but personally i'm all in on this storyline but can see why people would pick it apart and hate it. the elite storyline was pretty bad and I think just got retconned, but i think its becoming increasingly clear they will start to pander to the BCC until Okada has enough and challenges for the strap
