i was just thinking the same thing. beyond the the economic and regulatory crises that they will knowingly create, we're going to see something like the al-Qaeda memo. someone will pass along a warning about something and it will go overlooked because no one knows what they're doing.

 

Bannon is such a sick fuck he'd ignore it so he could get hits, consolidate power, and win reelection. I actually believe that.

 

Are there people that would join the Trump administration to mitigate whatever damage he may do? I mean, the US war machine will go on as always, but there are parameters within which it acts to preserve a legitimacy that Trump seems to despise. He may actually be the first president to be summoned to The Hague.

 

I hope reporters and lawyers are up to the task to find out, that's my biggest fear, that they are ill prepared for this administration.

Anyone know more about this? I really should, but I don't. I'll spend some more time looking into the claims, but the stated ruling in the article is promising in the face of a Trump (or really any) presidency. Of course, even if this public trust holding is this good, there are major concerns to be had with the upcoming Supreme Court.

If Obama was going to do one think before leaving office I think he needs to change the whistleblower punishment statutes or whatever they are that can be changed. Their stance on this has always been horrible and now it's imperative to our nations future they rectify it.

 

Can very much get behind this.
