I’ve devoted a lot of my time building a digital library of .flac files. Way less expensive, although not as fun.

 

If people are selling, post them discogs FS lists.

$60 for a 4xLP in 2024 is pretty damn good (even though her last 4xLP was $50)

 

relevant to this discussion: I've decided to part with my Anberlin boxset. I have it listed high on discogs ($550 - based on how much it last sold for) but if someone wants to work out a deal here I'm thinking $400 and the buyer covers paypal fees and shipping. I've spun it very little and the slipmat is included and unopened. Here are some pics of it. I'll probably have some other stuff for sale soon, and I'll post that in here as well.

 

Where are Udiscover's Rocktober vinyl releases this year? Last year was insane...

I can confirm. I was the one who bought it off of you. You had a very reasonable offer, and by comparison it seems like an absolute steal now.

 

I just looked it up and i spent $20.39 on my blue handwritten back in 2018 haha

Just curious - and no judgement - just wonder why people buy new vinyls and flip them a few months later? Purely for money?

Obviously understand if there’s personal factors, I just genuinely wondered.

 

For me personally, I'm really just using one hobby to fund another... I recently decided I'm going to teach myself how to play the drums, so I'm trying to sell off some of my collection to purchase a decent e-drum kit.
