So no thread on this new one? I think it's a hell of a pleasant listen. I've been digging Bear's Den for a few years now and this fits that vibe.

I haven't had a chance to listen yet, but I was planning on playing it this afternoon when I'm stuck in traffic on my drive home from work

  4. Definitely a pleasant listen. I think "Little Lies" is my favorite — really liked the callback to "Chasing Cars."

  5. This clears everything they've done since A Hundred Milion Suns, holy fucking shit this is unreal. Everything's Here and Nothing's Lost????

I kind of can’t believe how good it is. I was such a big fan through the back half of the 2000s, and everything they’ve done since has just been “fine” for me. This new album recaptures the magic.

think its the best since final straw but that wildness isnt really thaaat much worse than it. that albums pretty overlooked and tackled this band's sound with a wider range than usual. this is undeniably more "snow patrol" sounding so i'm not surprised that it's won over the people that album pushed away. regardless, nice seeing them do good things in the late career since i go back pretty far w them

  10. Wildness brought me back in after not really diving into any of their catalog since Eyes Open. Going to check this out today.

jammed final straw for the first time in a while and man they knocked it out of the park with that one. such a perfect fusion of their rougher indie leanings of past and the more linear pop rock on eyes open onward, making it the best kind of "transition" album imaginable

chocolate and grazed knees still melt me, and somewhere a clock is ticking is probably their best track
