Also I think a lot of us already made lists with the ranker when @Jason Tate first posted it, but that was months ago and I don't remember which thread it was in

 

I was attacking Souls for attacking your Avatar list, but this is brave.

 

Struggling to get to the 10 worst, generally dont bother with movies that look bad. Tall Girl (2019) was the best worst movie

1. Hamilton (1 and a half songs)
2. The Unbearable Weight of Incredible talent (15mins)
3. Saltburn
4. True History of the Kelly Gang (2019)
5. Babylon
6. White Noise
7. The Whale
8. Tim made me watch a scene from Matilda the Musical
9. Elvis (didnt see it but Baz deserves a spot)
10. Paddington 2 (15mins, 2017)

 

White Noise was bad. The Whale was bad but in a fun way because it was so stupid.

 

Yes I agree, The whale was fun and bad. Every other movie on the list was not fun. Babylon had some good scenes.

 

I like unbearable weight and paddington 2. There were a few scenes in Babylon I loved like them filming the first movie with sound but 80% of that movie is garbage.

 

Yes that one and the other film making scenes were good and the rest was trash. Paddington 2 was another Tim recomendation and I was not having it, acutally so was Saltburn.

The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent and Triangle of Sadness are good. Don't Look Up is... not as bad as people think it is. I view that one similarly to Todd Phillips accidentally making an ok movie with Joker.

My bottom 10 of the decade so far would be:

I also hated I’m thinking of ending things. Bad movie.

I don't find it very productive to make a worst list. I like a lot of the movie y'all are including. But shout out to Dr. Bird's Advice for Sad Poets as a particularly loathsome pile of shit worth singling out.

Honestly there's not that many more that I didn't enjoy.

 

A good amount of the worst lists on here will make my top 100 at the end of the decade lol.

yall make me sad. I liked Sanctuary. I didn't like Skinamarink, but only because of how effective it was at scaring the shit out of me. It's a good movie. I had a lot of fun with The Unbearable Weight of Massive Talent

I feel like making a worst list is a waste of effort, most of mine would just be stuff I was sorta meh about anyway. I haven't really seen anything that I find notably egregious, because why would I go out of my way looking for it

 

Its just a reflection of taste, the same as a favourites list. Some films are going to naturally be loved and hated because they evoke strong reactions.

I just sorted the films I'd watched this decade by worst rated and picked the top 10, didn't take much effort. Half of my list is stuff I thought I'd like and half are things other people have chosen that I've had to sit through.
