Our PD is also CALEA certified and has gone through a lot of the training that Obama and the DOJ have been implementing in the last few years, so I am guessing those accreditations and trainings are going either not exist or change drastically under him as well.

also our city has a Human Relations Commission and a Public Safety Citizen's Advisory Board that do a lot of mediating, advising, and auditing of and with the PD. Those have taken training on police and communities of color interactions and used grants from the Community Relations Service division of the DOJ. That's probably going away too
