we'll surely have at least another EP before the full-length next year. some time before Long Live Happy Birthday Derrick pulled a Delonge and said the band was working on 14 different projects simultaneously.

 

having so many people in the band is cool because it's less likely they'll get creatively tapped

 

I recall a noise project being mentioned at some point... : )

 

pretty sure that's Derrick's other band that they mentioned wanting to do something with
wonder if the One Hundred Year Ocean LP will be out soon

On a day like today, Harmlessness is really, really hitting the spot. I wouldn't say it's alleviating my fears, but it helped make them manageable, y'know?

oh yeah, i forgot to listen to that!!

 

she and katie broke up so i have no idea if it was an okay decision or if there was some big fight. wasn't she the main songwriter too? i'm kinda worried. just glad everyone's doing well it seems.

 

Was also interesting when For Everest's album was taken off of Broken World's pages, since Sarah is David's partner, makes it feel like there's more there

band said in a FB comment that it happened months ago and it's all for the best. i just hope it wasn't messy/they'll all still work together in some capacity!
i was a lil worried at first since D has been a centerpiece of the band since the beginning/one of the main songwriters. but every member of the group is so talented that i'm not TOO bummed/i know there's not gonna be any change in quality

in other news, i finally remembered to listen to Smoke & Felt last night and it was incredible. Katie has such a great voice i'd love to hear her singing in her own project!

All I hope from the new album is more singing from Tyler . Such an under rated song writer.
