My friend shared a picture going around right now of a receipt from TGI Friday's on which a customer refused to tip their black server, wrote that they were the n word and capped it off with a #PresidentTRUMP, and someone had the audacity to comment on the post and suggest that it might be a Hillary supporter trying to make Trump look bad because "Hillary supporters are the ones rioting"


This is our country. I can't fucking do this for 4 years, god forbid 8. I feel like I'm going to vomit.

 

there are a lot of people in the middle! the same Dems that now say "let's give the guy a chance now that's he's in office." the type of people who aren't reading every tweet and blog post. i feel down right moderate sometimes in this thread and then i talk to someone irl and wonder if i'm coming off like a lunatic.

I too have seen many trump supporters commenting on shared photos/details of racism and bigotry. They have said two things: 1. That it is likely democrats staging those photos (I've seen this the most). 2. That not all trump supporters are to be lumped in with those people.

Both of those things are completely ridiculous to me.

As others have said, I can't see basically NFL team refusing or college football/basketball (especially if it's KU), maybe not even MLB, but there's a far greater chance with the NBA, which is why I prefer above all sports.

 

Yea, the amount of misinformed sports media just chilling out like it's not a big deal has bothered me. I don't think they're just hard headed, I think they legitimately don't really realize how awful it is. Dan le batard is literally the only one who mentioned it today, unsurprisingly. They're like the only show I'm not afraid of listening to or watching anymore because I know they won't be ignorant like the others. They have a lot of balls to do what they do and I appreciate it.

Boomer and carton are disgusting bottom feeders who kiss christies ass and they clearly made their feelings known the other day when saying Hillary belonged in jail, today they spent 10 minutes making fun of someone who said he thought it was unprofessional and offensive and he will not listen after 10 years. Hope their ratings drop bad after the insane amount of white nationalist emotions they've displayed in the last few months.
