This is truly terrible, as I said. A white person using the word lynch in the context he did should give any decent person pause, first of all. Second of all his approach to the cultural left is condescending and misses the entire point and plight of minority groups.

I could be jumping the gun, but it seems like he is taking a softer stance now that he has been elected. I wouldn't be happy about it if I were a supporter. Time will tell, I suppose.

Nah, don't take anything Trump says about policy at face value until he signs it because like Jason said earlier, his opinion on policy is subject to whoever spoke with him last.

I wouldn't be surprised if Trump abandons nearly all of his proposed policy claims.

I can't remember where I read it, maybe even in here, but apparently Skroob was a genius to do this - by saying that Mexico is going to pay for the wall, the argument is now framed as, the wall is a foregone conclusion, we just need to fund it.

There's a lot I agree and disagree with. But I don't like some of the language, or the way he's approaching it. At least I will say he's not entirely wrong about Hillary as a candidate.

I think most people would agree with that part. When he gets to the part about the culture of the left he flies completely off the rails and sounds like a 4chan user

Not sure about the NFL. Lot of Trump supporters in that league, and the owners are awful across the board, and it'd be harder for a star player to have as big of an influence on an organizational decision like that. But you'd probably see individual players stay home.

Though, every contending organization in the NBA I could absolutely see rejecting an invitation, and frankly would be surprised if they didn't.

I guess a thing that still irks me is the conflict of interest between Trump and his businesses. I thought he was handing them over to his kids and their spouses, but would still be around to advise. And now there are discussion about some of the kids and spouses being involved with his cabinet. None of it feels right, along with many other aspects that have been discussed.

I still don't understand the way everyone chickened out once Hillary said she was running. In a way, that's kind of what is wrong with the party or at least the reason they can't grab elections by the balls.

Bernie aside her only opposition was Martin fucking O'Malley. I said yesterday the DNC has a leadership problem but that problem isn't new

  22. She also got 14m more votes than anyone. A lot of people do like her, and were very passionate about her campaign. We didn't hear much about them.

At the Brand New show now, overheard two white women say something like "that's why I voted for Donny."
