I went semi-viral with a tweet about Macklemore announcing a tour in a vintage Royals jacket and he had no dates near Kansas City. It was mostly people dunking on Macklemore (this was pre-pro-Palestine Macklemore btw).

 

One time I got roasted on ap.net because I talked about how much I loved panic at the discos lyricism. This would have been between fever and pretty odd lmao

 

Love to sit in the rain for this concert that no longer features the main person I wanted to see. Also my ID felll betweeten a slot in a booth for food so I’m waiting to get that back

The drag show was basically a Chappell Roan karaoke party so that was fun. Also MUNA did a Good Luck, Babe! cover that was really good. I’ll upload it if I don’t see a video.

The other artists have been shouting her out and have been super supportive.

 

I guess I shouldn't be, but I am shocked at how hardcore competitive some of the fanbase/stans are. I'm old so I'm not in the game anymore but I thought we had kind of "grown out" of that as a society and I thought the kids were more into the "everyone can have success" type of mindset, but yeah it is brutal out there (rimshot) between all these female pop artists fans. at least, the very little of it I see that crosses my social timelines anyway. Gives me very big boy bands of the late 90s vibes but way more vicious lol

 

Naomi threw me for a loop hitting these high notes lol. It was so good.

Even without her there, this was a ton of fun. The entire stadium was singing.

 

Yeah I saw, unfortunately don’t think they had enough time to get a music act to fill in today. But the drag performance was still fun.

 

I think them still having that is awesome! Plus the karaoke...it kept the spirit of Chappell alive!!

Yeah, this was super fun! When Fem started playing I wasn’t sure if I was in the mood for it but once everyone got into it, it was cool. The crowd was louder during the bridge for Good Luck Babe than they were for any of the actual performances lol. I hope she watches these and realizes a few loud idiots on the internet are not the majority.

 

just as an example of how Chappell is under an extreme microscope, I just saw that Kacey Musgraves cancelled a concert a few days ago with no explanation, but it's not newsworthy or even a blip on the radar

 

Mk.gee also canceled a sold out show. Not a whisper of it.

 

Paramore cancelled their Portland show due to illness months ago and I still think about it like once a week and complain about it outwardly like once a month. But that is just because I'm convinced they hate Portland!!!!

 

Probably poor sales, I think that tour has been soft in some markets.

 

There was a post that shows that a lot of her hate is targeted because of her pro-Palestine stance. It had four different screenshots of people that were posting hate toward her that had pro-Israel tweets as well. I’ll look back and see if I can find it.
