If you like the track Hannah Diamond is on, check out her album Perfect Picture. It was in my top five last year.

haven't stopped listening to this all week (thanks again @yung_ting ). sophie had such an incredible range, and i love that this album shines a light on the parts of her artistry that were never fully appreciated before

some of these tracks have been part of my life for a few years now, but often in rough live recordings with the sound of crowds cheering in the background. never thought that i would be lucky enough to hear them polished and in their intended form. this album is special and it feels like both an extension of her dj sets and a celebration of her creative spirit. revisiting some of her final sets makes it even clearer that it honours her vision

the mixed reception has been interesting, but much of the criticism seems to stem from expectations rather than the music itself. her essence is all over this album, and you can feel her presence in every song. it's a beautiful final tribute, and it makes me incredibly happy that we have it. sophie forever

Vinyl arrived today… I wonder if OOEPUI is still out there and relatively easy to find. :chin:

I was hoping to hear more of that signature style on here but what we got is really great too. I just feel lucky and thankful that we got a new SOPHIE record. Beautiful stuff.

Interesting first listen. Not sure what to make of it tbh. There was a good chunk of it that sort of whizzed on by without an impact. A few tracks felt like signature Sophie, but even those paled in comparison to OOEPUI. Want to give this another chance though because some of it did bang and I respect her legacy too much.
