Playlist strong like bull

 

the eternal question. not to mention the fact I seem to be about 2 - 8 years younger than most people here

 

This round is deceptively difficult. There were songs on the radio I remember liking early on, but were they favorites or were they just one of like 50 songs I’d ever heard in my life lol. I don’t think I cared enough about music to actually own a CD until I was like 9 or 10

 

I'm down to two options and I can't figure out which to go with. I want to submit both

 

Sometimes I think it’d be fun to try a season where each round is two songs per person but then I think of how long those playlists would be

 

Yeah I've definitely thought about it, but it would need to be 10 people or less to be realistic I think

Mexican Wine is one of my favorite songs of all time, so good job to whoever put that

 

Sam's Town was on my shortlist so kudos on that pick as well

 

Such a cool playlist on first glance, and I can absolutely tell who is the same age as me hahaha

 

Perfect Situation was my runner-up! The music video is forever burned into my brain

 

Red Hot Chili Peppers into Paul Simon is so funny

 

Was just about to come in here and say that, kicking myself for not choosing it.

 

Yeah, "Mexican Wine" is a good one for sure.

 

Totally used some FoW from that album in a prior season …. Possibly even that song lol. So underrated

 

I think it was Hackensack

 

I'm not a major FoW fan, but I definitely remember taking that CD out on inter-library loan and ripping it to my iTunes

 

Oof yeah this playlist is gonna be a blast! My runner up pick was I Want You by Savage Garden.

My second pick was Concerning Hobbits from the Fellowship of the Ring soundtrack. I was obsessed with it lol. Maybe I should’ve gone with that. It probably would’ve gotten more votes
