I enjoyed that quite a bit. Danielson/Moxley is dope main event for Wrestledream. I can dig.

Opening 7mins were good; middle 7 were a grind, final 7 were cool as hell. Which, to be fair, is a lot of Mox matches. He's just usually so bloody by that middle 7 I forget how much it slows down

 

Give me a Danielson and Private Party faction, call it the American Party Dragons

 

TK probably sat Darby and Mox down and said that one of them has to not bleed and Darby said "Not it" first.

Just rewatched this. Absolutely wild that a 5* match involves a hilarious Sydal botch out of the gate, Ospreay biting Coles dick, and just shy of 6 Adam Cole is fat jokes

 

Tag match was gold. Peak AEW and peak young bucks.

MVP has me hyped for what’s next.

Danielson and Nigel had a weird finish but so happy the match happened.

Hook retiring the belt is amazing. Retired belt jones making Tazz emotional. Love to see it.

Finished the Vince Doc. It’s honestly pretty disappointing and gets boring after a while. The first two and last episodes are the most interesting. Besides briefly discussing his scandals, it spends much more time discussing Hulk Hogan, the Monday Night War and basic WWE history. The fact that they really only spent maybe 10 percent of the doc talking about his scandals is not surprising though. For every critic of him there’s 4-5 wrestlers or stooges praising him. Bruce Pritchard is by far the most obnoxious part of the whole thing.

I went into the Vince doc understanding this isn't for diehard wrestling fans who already know all this stuff like us. This is for the people never watched wrestling or haven't watched it since childhood. In that context I think they did a decent job.

I found it fascinating to finally hear Vince's takes on all the dark wrestling stories you used to only hear about in shoot interviews.

So many of the takes and reviews are coming from wrestling nerds. I would love to see what non-wrestling fans going into this cold think about all this stuff.

 

Vince not remembering the Sable comeback storyline and then showing scenes of her comeback with Stephanie explicitly talking about her suing the company as a storyline was great. There are definitely little bits of the doc that are gold like that. I just wish we got a little more focus on the current stuff. Surprised they also name dropped Brock in the doc as well.

 

I really hope to never see Brock on tv again but I have this shit feeling that he’ll be back someday
