They need to show some spine against better teams here soon, but even if they lose against HOU this week, their next 3 are the gimme home win vs IND, and then NE and CHI in London, all of which they should be pretty heavy favorites for. If they clean up in the games they should, that 3-4 record is probably still right in the thick of things for the AFC 7 seed

True, it's important to note that Cleveland's offense is god awful right now and they still beat Jacksonville

It's any given Sunday, so I wouldn't be surprised if the Jaguars rebounded in some way. But I wouldn't call anything a gimme for them

 

Fine, I’ll soften the language to “very winnable games” instead of “gimme”

but I think the sentiment stands that I’m not fully OUT on them until that stretch happens and they’re still at the bottom of the standings

OH, the IND home game is a gimme win only because the Colts are physically incapable of winning in Jacksonville, regardless of how bad the Jags are. No statement at all about the Jags

Haven’t won since I was in college — we’ve had a game where the Colts spotted Blake Bortles 51 points, another where the Andrew Luck Colts got shut out by the 3-8 Jags, and of course, the one where Carson Wentz got booted out of Indy for getting physically destroyed by the #1 pick, 2-14 Jags in a win and in game to the playoffs.
