Silverstein skipping the NW sucks! Feel like they haven’t had a proper headliner hit Portland in quite a bit.

 

Downpour liked my comment from a week or two ago on IG when I commented Thursday for who Silverstein should tour with.

Bummed Silverstein/Thursday isn’t coming to Cleveland

 

I know all tickets are insane to get these days, but you could not have picked 3 more rabid and intense fan bases than that haha.

Also Helmet may be the worst live band I have ever seen Maybe a bad experience, but they were just way too loud compared to every band I have seen at the same venue, unbalanced between the instruments and vocals, and just overall sounded like dogshit. They were opening for clutch and they were so awful they put me in a bad mood that it took half a dozen clutch songs to get my groove back.

Any word on Bon Iver tour dates being dropped soon? With the new album coming out, I’m expecting something any moment now…

 

Bon Iver is just releasing a 3 song EP. My guess is this is just a precursor to a full length next year, which will then be supported with a tour.

No chance of me hitting the Copacetic shows but Seaway better do a Christmas show again and I’ll be there.
