I feel dumb cause I just found out there’s a fourth game called Honkai Impact 3rd. The name makes it seem like it’s a mix of Honkai and Genshin. Is it like Honkai, but not turn-based…?

 

Actually it's closer to zzz in its style with being an action game and slowdown mechanics. There's an even older honkai game lol but that was a side scroller. But yeah despite the name its nothing like genshin other than being an action game. It's sci-fi like star rail, it's "kinda" connected to star rail and that's basically it. It was mainly level based but as the years went on they added larger open areas.

 

today’s my birthday and it’s been total shit. I had some crystals and got a special battle pass to use. I pulled Robin. This helped a bit.

He's the same patch, the way they've been releasing leaks is all the 5* get teased first so looks like Yanagi will be just that and Lighter will be the 4*. His trades will be later.

People were HOPING he was. Technically if he's a 5* you'd ASSUME he's the 5* in his faction's arc (SoC) because it makes zero sense to feature a new 5* before moving on past the sons. He could be the second 5* though. Well know soon enough! I just know social media was doomposting at her reveal lol.

I have like 190 Pulls exactly and hard pity is 180 so looks like I'll be able to get her even if worst case scenario. However I'd like to get her early so I can try for her weapon....

 

110 for me. Hoping I can pull her bc I got hard pity for Jane last time, and I would love to get Caesar’s weapon too cos I never had a chance to get anyone else’s

 

Caesar is totally usable WITHOUT it but she's also really the first person that truly takes advantage of the buffs/benefits that their sig provides. Like it being night and day difference lol. But that's also partly because it doesn't have any replacements now I think there's only like the BP weapon and Original Transmorpher which is why it's also suggested to go off-class like I have Koleda's signature Hellfire Gears and that's ranked higher than other support wengines lol because of it's main stat being impact.

Yeah I don't either but there was such a vocal portion of the fanbase that HATED it. It's unfortunate really.

It should have, and I hope there's a vocal backlash to THIS and they decide to implement some kind of system to let the player have a choice. I'm sure it was easier for the devs just to axe TV mode completely but I'm hoping they decide to meet somewhere in the middle.

 

I want to run around an overworld with the Boopon to start battles instead.
