i'm about forty minutes into Penguin, i didn't realize the first ep would be over an hour long. I enjoyed Agatha All Along a lot more tbh

 

This looks very cool - kind of like mixing The Last of Us, 2012, and The Day After Tomorrow all in one

 

Based off a late 1950s Argentine comic book, if that interests anyone.

If you don’t want to know anything else, I wouldn’t look it up though. There’s a huge part of the plot that they don’t reveal in the teaser.

 

Saw a screener of “Will & Harper.” I have some minor problems with it (the occasionally overbearing score, product placement, some of the stuff feeling staged). But at its heart, it is very sweet and (as I can only say this as a cis straight white guy) I think is going to serve as a great intro to other cis people (broadly) what it means to transition and why and what changes and what it means to accept yourself. Very much worth watching.

 

the episode as a whole was a little too long and dragged a bit in the middle, but the ending was pretty good. love Christin Milioti
