is there an actor for Daeron yet? i feel like that’s the only one i haven’t seen. i wonder if they’re waiting to reveal that since people were so hung up on the character with the same name for HOTD lol

 

I just merged them, so shouldn't be a problem going forward after a day or so, I believe is the timetable.

lol isn't the king during this time period also named Daeron? i wonder if they tweak things a bit. i know people joke about the rhaenyra/rhaenys/rhaena name similarities but it's going to be wild to have two characters with the exact same name on the same show

 

I think the king is Baelon? Or Baelor? Breakspear.

also for those other two characters you tagged…I don’t think we’ll actually meet either in season 1. I forget if either of them show up yet. Would make sense for one of them to be there at least considering the rest of the family is.

 

Also we got Steely Pate! I don’t remember much about the character I just remember liking the name lol

 

the asoiaf wiki said the tourney takes place in 209, which would either make it daeron ii or aerys I. i thought baelor was just an heir before ya know the events of the tourney

 

oh shit you’re probably right lol. Daeron II is really gonna throw people off because it’ll give people the idea that Daeron from HOTD became king at some point, and not Daeron the young dragon that they’ve never heard of before (outside of being mentioned by Jon Snow as his favorite, but that might have just been a book thing)
