I just got Checker's and they currently are doing a T-Pain themed meal deal in 2024. I love Checker's and I love T-Pain, but this is the most 2009 shit ever.

 

Maybe Checkers is better, but Rally’s is bottom tier fast food to me and made me feel terrible every time I tried it.

 

It's the same exact restaurant with different names. Checker's is trash fast food, but it is the best trash fast food.

I had it once and thought it ruled. Burger was good and the fries were great.

 

Checker's fries are the main event. The burgers and chicken sandwiches are serviceable.

 

Is anyone going to bat for Rally’s? Maybe it's regionally good like Wendy's and we just have shitty ones. Granted I've only been to one location and it's a rough one.

 

I've never been to a real Checker's or Rally's but my wife got some of the frozen fries a bit ago and I didn't think they were anything special, not that oven fries usually are.

Fries are an overrated side and I never order them at a fast food restaurant (exceptions: chickfila and five guys). Anywhere else I don't want fries. Easy pass.

Forgot to mention the most important part: sweet potato fries will remain as a side item since sweet potato fries >>> regular fries.

Sweet potato fries are good, but regular fries are definitely better

 

Controversial(?): Hand made pasta doesn't really taste that much better than store bought pasta. It more or less tastes the same. It's the sauce that I am really tasting

 

Taste maybe not, but texture wise it's night and day for me.
