Yeah, I think giving Christian that briefcase was also part of a larger plan that clearly isn't gonna work on a condensed timeline. Like, he teases again at Grand Slam and either Nigel or Mox stops him...then what? Cant keep doing that every major defense.

If Danielson was defending all the way til WrestleDynasty, it could work for a short Christian run. If he's losing to Mox...not so credible for Christian to cash in on him

 

could see christian and darby feuding over the title into the new year and culminating at revolution, we'll get some cope hijinks and probably sting. maybe luchasaurus finally turns or some shit

Netflix put on a one match wrestling show to celebrate the Dump Matsumoto movie from Korakuen Hall.
The match was Chikayo Nagashima, DASH Chisako, Drake Morimatsu & Zap T (w/ Yuriyan Retriever, who portrayed Dump Matsumoto) vs. Maria, Mio Momono, Riko Kawahata & Takumi Iroha (w/ Erika Karata and Ayame Gouriki, who portrayed the Crush Gals: Chigusa Nagayo and Lioness Asuka respectively). The actors were doing commentary when the match started.

I love Dash Chisako, saw her with Meiko Satomura, and Cassandra Miyagi win King of Trios 8 years ago. That was such a good weekend/tournament
