It's gonna take a lot for someone to woo me back into politics. I wanted the "lesser" evil, fuck it now you gotta earn my vote.

Wonder what kind of tone Hillary will have. Optimistic? Sad? Bitter? Scared?

 

Over the past few years there's been a lot of "It's been 40 years since the GOP won the presidency without a Bush on the ticket" comments. Soon it's gonna be "It's been 20 years since the Democrats won the presidency without Obama".

 

Hard to be optimistic about much with the complete slaying of democratic candidates across the nation last night. I don't think she will cry, but yeah.

 

I haven't listened to a single song today. I don't want any great songs to be ruined or remembered as "the first song I listened to after.." R.E.M. "It's the end of the world as we know it" has been stuck in my head all morning though
