Hamas has no capability to collectively punish Israelis, civilian casualties aren’t the same as collective punishment

Hamas is the main military force opposing the genocide of Palestinians. Many groups that disagree with them politically happily fight alongside them. I follow the lead of Palestinian communists in the PFLP
