funny enough Rashford has been much better than Garnacho even if the call should’ve maybe been Garnacho and Amad from the start

He did warn us. Turns out the risk was playing Onana.

An entirely undeserved Bruno Fernandes goal would do wonders for my fantasy team

It’s a perfect day for letting go... Supporter

Absolutely. They always look like they are going to score at any moment. They just gotta figure out how to do it

Just seen that after the break we have four games in 8 days, which feels nuts.

    Sun 15th - Spurs (A) PL
    Tue 17th - Bolton (H) LC
    Thu 19th - Atalanta (A) CL
    Sun 22nd - Man City (A) PL

Given the travelling involved too, that seems totally unworkable? i have to imagine it’s equally bad for other teams in European competitions.

It’s like in FM when you’re managing a club and a country. Away to Real Madrid on the Saturday night, and a AFCON game in Ghana on Sunday morning lol.

Not sure I’d even send Arteta. Send the kids and give it to Jack to manage lol.

Having just watched Bolton, I can say you'll get past them with your reserves. I mean, their fans were chanting "Evatt out" on the way to the station.

I’m pretty sure your game against Bolton will be on the 24th/25th of September. That was the whole reason there was the split draw, the EL teams will play week of September 16th, as the EL isn’t on that week. The CL teams will play week of Sept 23rd.

If there were any reservations/on the fence feelings about ten Hag fully proved today he’s got to go ASAP. Full on delusional going back to last year’s set up where the midfield gets passed around and bypassed, Collyer coming on as Casemiro’s replacement and consistently finding himself on the edge of Liverpool’s box shows that while we still have player issues we’re looking at a much bigger systemic (Erik) issue. Don’t know what he gains by stubbornly refusing to tell his to CMs to stay behind the ball and hold shape but he’s getting himself fired sooner than later by doing so.

When it was Mourinho there was more of a defensive stability but less of a scoring threat, games under Ole were too open but at least goals were being scored. Under ten Hag it’s shit both ways because there’s attacking United’s goal and defending against United has never been so simultaneously easy. Then the bald fraud exasperatedly defends himself with claims akin to not being a miracle worker, as if not being cut through like a hot knife through butter is too much to ask.

Would take Tuchel in a heartbeat right now, despite knowing very well how things may and arguably would likely end up.

I listen to a fan podcast for St Mirren in the same league and they often do the official club channel commentary. Some of the stories they have are absolutely mental for away matches. Like people waiting for them at the bottom of the ladders from gantry. I do love their podcast name “misery hunters”. Pretty apt!

Watched first half of the old firm. Rangers are absolute garbage. Celtic do the simple things right and know when to pounce. Strong first 10mins from rangers but they were buried by the end of the first.

I saw there was a video of fans waiting outside ibrox for the players and shouting abuse. The game was at bloody park head so they have just came out to shout abuse. A bit embarrassing. Imagine your dad went down to your teams ground to shout abuse.

Really frustrating that Casemiro is being hung out to dry when he’s clearly just doing what he can to execute an inept manager’s horrible plan. Not saying he’s unworthy of criticism but you have to acknowledge ten Hag’s game plan is making everyone come across much worse than they really are.

I think his legs are totally gone. That’s not his fault though. Why is the manager still picking him for big games, and why did he get such a long contract?
