The concept is awesome but there's like a total of two on-screen kills lol I just wish it was executed a little differently. It's a bit of a dry run for Scream with the meta content.

 

pretty sure it has 4 kills, the same amount as y'know... the original NOES? I just think it's a very boring metric to judge such a creative movie by personally. would rather watch it any day than the Halloween movie that's different cos it has Paul Rudd or whatever lol

 

a lot of the horror movies I’ve seen of late (aside from IAVN of course) have had minimal onscreen kills. so disappointing

 

IAVN is so good. I keep thinking about it, to the point where I want to rewatch it even though it’s only been a few weeks.

 

It’s not perfect but the guy did his best and they look way better than the DVDs.

I love that the movie answered a very 90’s question: What if Dennis Miller was a leading man?

 

Wow, I really loved Milk & Serial. Typically not into found-footage (and therefore won't be subscribing to that new one...), but that movie was excellent regardless of budget and creator names. Can't wait to go through the rest of their horror and comedy work.

 

I've seen Demon Knight. not the other one.

Nah, Bordello is definitely worth watching. It's less memorable than Demon Knight for sure, but it retains the practical effects in a more varied setting and, perhaps regrettably, Miller is a relatively funny/solid/charismatic lead lol. It's fun!

I get it, I'm not a Dennis Miller fan lol I just think he's the kind of oddball casting choice that works in a Tales From the Crypt film.

 

Terror-Vision has pre-orders up for Out There Halloween Mega Tape, the sequel to WNUF Halloween Special, which is both very sick and slightly frustrating considering I bought the film directly from Chris when it came out and only DVDs were available.

I also missed out on a Frogman set that came with the MILF (Man I Love Frogman) shirt smgdh

 

I still need to watch WNUF Halloween Special at some point. Prob gonna hold off until closer to Halloween tho.

 

Have so much fun, it's a favorite of mine. All-timer hangout movie

 

No one can effortlessly drop multiple references in one sentence like Dennis Miller can.

 

Damn I need that bundle, but also have the DVD and got Chris to sign it. He also gave me a copy of the Trader Tony's Tape Dungeon catalog which he said he wasn't supposed to do. Super nice guy.

edit: I had to pull the trigger, that guy deserves all the money.
