They killed it last night in Orlando. Setlist was fantastic and I’m still sore.

been on a big live album kick and I'm surprised these guys haven't put one out.

feels like a career spanning 2 disc set would be pretty cool.

Speaking of the UK, might have to go to Manchester Punk Fest next year

  9. Made the joke in my band chat that this song is microtargeted at our friends who get drunk at Gman.

Was at Gman before a Cubs game last year and they spun Chamberlain Waits and let me tell you folks I had some drinks

i was hoping to catch the band on the Albuquerque date of the tour with TWY but then i realized that show falls on the same night that i'm hosting an event for a literary festival in my town.

but then they dropped a few more tour dates and there's one in Colorado Springs. no idea who the openers are but i'm planning on checking that show out. been too long since I've seen the band live.

anyway, that Red Scare track sounds awesome.

I think I’d take all three of these on the album.

Get rid of Take It To Heart, Love At The End, Running In The Roar Of The Wind and put these in their place.

You should come up to Fort Collins, it’s at a nice ass 700-cap

Keep running in the roar of the wind and get rid of I didn’t miss you, which is like the laziest and worst sounding song they’ve made in forever

I totally mixed up that song and Love At The End lol. Listened and I actually like LatE. I didn’t Miss You is exceptionally bland.

Second City is good, it's definitely a return back to form lyrically at least. And yeah I would cut High Low and I Didn't Miss You those are definitely the weakest tracks on the album. I love Running In The Roar of The Wind

Second City is ok but feels a little bit Menzingers by AI to me lyrically.

I would definitely cut Take it to Heart (in fact I have on my playlist of the album)... and agree High/Low could go too. Running I like a lot

"Take It to Heart" is one of my favorites on here, actually.

I like the choruses of that song, but the weird southern shuffle of the verses is off-putting to me.

I kind of like it. If there's an issue with this band for me, it's that they've gotten in a habit of repeating themselves. The kinda off-kilter nature of how those verses and choruses fit together (or don't fit together) gives that song some electricity that I like.

Done much more effectively on the title track in my view

I like both the title track and TITH for the same reasons. After that it really falls into paint by number Menz

I do feel for this band though. Where do you even take a sound like theirs after 7 records? I wouldn’t be surprised if the next one is heavier so they can rock out a little harder again.
