DOn't buy a home ever cleaning out the gutters absolutely sucks, especially if you have a fear of heights

 

We had a house when we lived in Ohio, I’m not especially interested in having one again (even if i could ever afford one in Chicago, which is a big if). Renting is just easier for me as someone who gets no enjoyment out of upkeep and lawncare etc.

 

I clean my old-ass gutters with a leaf blower. It’s 15 seconds of mess and then it’s done.

Lol that's what I usually do with mine too. Only time I run into problems is like a few weeks back I was trying to clean them out real quick before the remnants of Hurricane Debby hit, but it had just rained the fewd ays before that so what was in our gutters was wet and weighed down and wouldn't have gone as easily with the blower

Exactly the same here. The worst is getting back on the ladder from the roof. Fucking terrifying.
