Perhaps. It’s always seemed to me like Deryck had some sort of set plans beyond Sum 41.

Book release and book tour have already been announced.

Sum 182… like the pop punk version of that Backstreet Boys/New Kids on the Block tour

 

Why would he tag Sum 41? Has to just be a coincidence

 

A LOT of speculation that Deryck is new singer of Linkin Park

Show was good tonight. More late career stuff than I would’ve liked (add that giving DTLI deep cuts the medley treatment was certainly a choice) but the showmanship was top notch as always. Very happy to hear Some Say and Summer

 

Just noticed Dopamine was up to #12 on the alternative charts. Kind of interesting since they released it as a single a while ago now. Maybe more of a slow burn?

 

I think it's more that Landmines had such long legs that Dopamine wasn't pushed as hard at first.

 

At the show right now. The Interruptors are on their third song. A guy in front of me has filmed all 3 songs holding the phone in his face. But the biggest “sin” is that he is filming all of them in portrait instead of landscape and it’s not to Snapchat or anything where vertical would make sense. Honestly it’s that alone that bothers me hah

He filmed their entire set and has also done all of Sum 41 so far. All vertical.

 

I'm sure he'll watch them every day and remember how much fun he had, totally will
