Was hoping for Lolla over Soldier Field for Oasis. I'll have to see ticket prices before I get too excited.

 

that Toronto show is gonna cover all of Canada and then some - if I land a ticket I will be pleasantly shocked

 

6 in NA, but yeah, id travel to Toronto or MX if I need to. I'm gonna have to fly anyways who tf cares.

 

Bonehead is battling cancer, so it's understandable he couldn't commit to a world tour.

Ah I didn’t realize he was still battling it. Since he toured with Liam this year, I assumed he was alright. But that makes plenty of sense. Hope he recovers and is healthy!

is it? two shows at the biggest venue in NYC-area isn't any more wild than two shows at the (bigger) venue in LA. neither is crazy for oasis. this will be the biggest rock tour of the year.

Well, if Oasis and Linkin Park are getting back together… and if Big 4 shows are happening again…

No, but maybe Laura Jane Grace and Hot Water Music can do a Fugazi cover set at Riot Fest 2025.

Looks like the ones that were OFF/ italicized were an option based on demand. Manchester had an option too and was labeled as such

Honestly it would make a lot more sense as to why Sum 41 is ending. I think I even read somewhere that the other members said it was more Deryck's decision to end now and they wanted to keep going.

 

I’m kind of surprised. I could’ve sworn Deryck mentioned that he wanted to end the band because touring and whatnot was becoming a lot for him and he wanted to be home more for his family.

But I mean, if the paycheck is good…

 

Realistically he can tour half as much as he does with Sum 41 and make double the money with Linkin Park so this may be an opportunity to still tour less.

 

Also will make the eventual Sum 41 reunion way more lucrative

i wasnt aware he had the pipes needed for Linkin Park songs, ive seen the live Faint cover, but in it he never even attempts any scream... also i feel like if he is the new singer the internet will not be kind to that news. ( not that the internet is ever kind about things like that, but this one could be seismic)
