Back on the subject of Gaza, I know we're talking a lot about us and what our country is doing, but are there any countries at all doing anything right now to help Gaza or is everyone pretty much letting this happen?

Florida's state fair is in January, but last one some of the more out there foods we had:

• Honeybun cheeseburger
• Pickles wrapped in chocolate dipped fruit roll-ups, then covered in either fruity pebbles, pop rocks, or flaming hot cheetos
• Banana Cream Pie Nachos
• Gator meat quesadillas
• Jalapeno Lemonade
• Apple Fries with bacon, caramel, and peanut butter
• Deep fried bbq pulled pork and mac & cheese burritos

 

We are a different Union, but our members really like him. I think there’s a number of ways he could be better, but he’s a significant improvement over the traditional presidents with large Unions and hopefully can serve as a bridge to a new more militant labor movement.

Gut biome is essentially a second brain, and what we are feeding it will influence everything about us. So certain histamine diets and the timing of pre or probiotics can help, but differs for everyone because like the brain, everyone's is different.

biomesight.com has a test you can use to access yourself with pretty good results if anyone is interested in gut health. And I am still trying to heal, I started having non stop panic attacks after covid. Never had one before, thought I was having a heart attack and mental breakdown. I do not believe for a second that it is stress induced, or anything "mental". I have to watch what I eat, exercise, mindfulness meditation, sobered up, etc, and it's still a battle. SSRI's and anxiety meds haven't really helped.

 

before we were even dating my wife ate some kind of burger thing at The Big E where the bun was made out of donuts and it had bacon and I thought it was fried somehow but now that I think of the logistics, maybe it wasn't - either way, she said it tasted great but she immediately vomited afterwards
