I'm not talking about a socialist or communist workers movement lol. Not everyone that joins the anti-war/anti-Israel movement has to be a committed socialist or something like that.

As soon as you realize that people have varying degrees of caring about issues AND that doesn't make their concerns any more or less valid, your worlds gonna be less angry bud. I don't see a single person saying they're in favor of the genocide. I see occasionally people complaining about protests which while I don't agree with as everyone has a right to protest, all because people are complaining doesn't mean they're not in agreement of WHAT the people are protesting about. Some issues will always mean more to other people than other issues. You're acting like people that aren't making Palestine their #1 issue means they don't care. And that's simply ludicrous. Palestine isn't my #1 issue. I'm not voting on or based on Palestine. I feel domestic issues m, especially when it comes to the GOP and MAGA are a bigger concern. ESPECIALLY in an election year, with less than 90 days to go. Now with that said, that DOESN'T mean I'm in favor of the genocide. That doesn't mean I don't care. Like I said, fuck Israel and fuck the IDF. I'm all for the protests. Do I wish Dems would actually address the issue? Hell yes. I'd love to see that as they've failed to do that. I'm all for people protesting to bring awareness. But in the overall picture both parties are bad for Palestine. I'd even argue Trump being elected would be worse, seeing as he's all buddy buddy with Netanyahu. He'd probably ask to be photographed pressing a button to launch missiles himself. It is my personal opinion that in this situation, it's basically voting for the lesser of two evils when it comes to THIS issue. There just happens to be so much more baggage that comes with the GOP winning and that people should be voting based on a multitude of issues instead of just one.

Don't be calling people Hitler lol all because they don't place the same exact value that you do in certain issues. Or should I infer that you don't care about LGBTQ people and are turning a blind eye to the trans genocide happening here in the US?

 

I have zero faith that even if we get 50/50, someone like Fetterman isn't just going to turn into the new "oh no not the fillibuster we can't get rid of that" stooge

Its not about me at all but it effects my mood and my sleep almost every day.

 

Fetterman spoke for like 5 minutes at the rally in Philly, and that dude is one of the worst public speakers I've ever seen. Not that it matters at all, I just kind of had a flashback to when he was on the come up and didn't understand. I still don't.
